1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kerala Property Finder at www.keralapropertyfinder.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

Kerala Property Finder is a free online platform that allows users to list and browse Residential, Commercial, and Agricultural properties across Kerala. We are a listing platform only — we are not a real estate agent, broker, valuer, or party to any transaction between users. We do not own, manage, sell, rent, or verify title to any property listed on the Site.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use this Site. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration & Security

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent listing limits, suspensions, or IP restrictions is prohibited.

5. User Content & Listings

• You retain ownership of the photos, descriptions, and other content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Kerala Property Finder a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, crop, compress, and watermark that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Site.
• You represent that you have the right to list the property in question (as the owner, or as someone authorized by the owner to do so) and that your listing information is accurate and not misleading.
• All new and edited listings are subject to review and approval by our admin team before appearing publicly. We reserve the right to reject, edit for formatting, or remove any listing at our discretion, including after approval.
• You may edit or delete your own listings and photos at any time from your dashboard, except that an active listing must retain at least one photo.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post fake, duplicate, misleading, or fraudulent property listings
• List a property you do not own and are not authorized to list
• Use the contact form, phone number, or WhatsApp details of any user for unsolicited marketing, harassment, or any purpose unrelated to a genuine property inquiry
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features including CAPTCHA, rate limiting, or IP restrictions
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Site using automated means
• Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms

7. Property Transactions Disclaimer

Kerala Property Finder does not verify property ownership, title, legal status, valuation, or the accuracy of any listing. All property information is provided by the listing user. We strongly recommend that you:

• Independently verify ownership documents, title deeds, and legal status before entering into any agreement
• Physically inspect any property before making payment or signing documents
• Consult a qualified lawyer and, where appropriate, a licensed real estate professional before completing any transaction
• Never transfer money or share sensitive financial/personal documents with a party you have not independently verified

Any transaction, negotiation, or agreement between a lister and a prospective buyer/tenant is solely between those parties. Kerala Property Finder is not a party to, and accepts no responsibility or liability for, any such transaction, its outcome, or any dispute arising from it.

8. Fees

Listing and browsing properties on Kerala Property Finder is currently 100% free, with no listing fees or commissions charged by us. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or plans in the future; any such change will be communicated in advance and will not retroactively affect content already published for free.

9. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, remove listings, or restrict access from specific IP addresses, at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or abuse of other users. You may stop using the Site at any time; to request deletion of your account, contact us using the details below.

10. Intellectual Property

The Kerala Property Finder name, logo, website design, and underlying software are the property of Kerala Property Finder and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent. This does not affect your ownership of your own User Content as described in Section 5.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kerala Property Finder and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or any transaction between users, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kerala Property Finder, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala, India.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
