About Kerala Property Finder

Our Mission

Kerala Property Finder exists to make finding and listing property across Kerala simple, transparent, and genuinely free. Whether you're searching for a home in Ernakulam, agricultural land in Wayanad, or a commercial space in Thiruvananthapuram, we bring buyers, tenants, owners, and brokers together in one place — without the fees and friction that make property hunting harder than it needs to be.

We built this platform around a simple belief: a property listing service shouldn't profit from charging owners twice — once to list, and again just to hear from an interested buyer or tenant. So we don't.

Our Story

Kerala has always had a deep connection to real estate. Owning land and building a home have been important priorities for generations of Malayalis — including the large Malayali community living outside Kerala and abroad.

In recent years, the market has grown more complex. Rising land and construction costs, higher stamp duty and registration expenses, and changing investment preferences have all reshaped how people buy and sell. NRIs, who have historically played a major role in Kerala's residential property market, are increasingly weighing more liquid and diversified options — and a significant number of homes across the state stay vacant simply because the right buyer or tenant never finds them.

Kerala Property Finder was built to close that gap: a free, common marketplace where property owners and genuine buyers, across every district of Kerala, can find each other directly.

A Platform, Not a Middleman

We don't believe finding a property should start with a long chain of intermediaries. Our role is to provide the visibility and tools that help owners and buyers connect directly — owners present their property with photos, details, and location; buyers search and reach out. The decision to buy, sell, or negotiate always stays between the two of you. Even a simple connection between the right property and the right buyer creates value for both sides — and a healthier, more visible market for everyone.
